問題一：干得快

Problem 1: fast work

膩子粉料在桶里調(diào)配時干的很快，難施工，批刮后失水快，不能正常收壓或施工后干燥過快。

The putty powder dries very fast when it is mixed in the bucket, so it is difficult to construct. It loses water quickly after scraping. It can't be compressed normally or dried too fast after construction.

原因：施工環(huán)境氣溫太高，濕度太低、通風太強及陽光直曬，膩子中的復合材料反應加速。

問題二：掉粉、 脫層

Problem 2: powder falling and delamination

施工完成及干透后，用手觸摸有掉粉現(xiàn)象，嚴重的甚至出現(xiàn)前后兩道膩子之間或膩子與基底之間相互剝離。

After the construction is completed and dried thoroughly, there is powder dropping phenomenon when touching with hands. In serious cases, there is even peeling between the front and back putty or between the putty and the base.

原因：膩子在高溫干燥時施工，水分揮發(fā)快，沒有足夠水分進行固化，因而容易脫粉。而底層膩子疏松粉化嚴重，面層膩子太硬，干燥太快會造成脫層。另外,外墻膩子被雨水沖刷后，粘結(jié)劑流失，重批后也容易脫層。

Reason: Putty in high temperature dry construction, moisture volatilization fast, not enough moisture for curing, so easy to powder. The bottom layer putty is loose and powdered seriously, the surface layer putty is too hard, drying too fast will cause delamination. 解決方案：高溫、干燥強風天氣施工，更好將基面潤濕無明水后再進行膩子施工。施工時要收壓密實，適度掌握干燥時間。處理起來具體情況具體分析:

1、內(nèi)墻耐水膩子涂過封閉底漆后，強度會增加，一般無需另行處理。

2、外墻膩子應嚴格執(zhí)行保濕施工，避免陽光直射施工，面層膩子表干后及時適度打磨并充分淋水2次以上。

問題三：開裂

膩子層產(chǎn)生裂縫，開裂分為有規(guī)則線狀裂、“T型裂”、 網(wǎng)狀裂”、大的龜裂、不規(guī)則短線狀裂、局部小龜裂、陰角同時有較多垂直短線裂等。

原因：單遍批刮太厚，干燥太快，表干里不干，當然裂紋有多種，主要有以下幾種。

1、有規(guī)則線狀裂主要是裂縫處開裂。

3、大的龜裂及不規(guī)則較短線狀裂紋是膩子批刮太厚的干裂。

4、陰角裂同時有較多垂直短線裂主要是基層太松或修角膩子太硬、太厚。

因為夏季溫度高風大，所以，夏季批膩子，主要是解決好防曬、防風這兩個問題，當然高溫季節(jié)施工，工人防中暑的工作也要做好。
