　　目前，國內已有專 家將二水石膏經過脫不、超細、提純和改性等一系列加工后，制形成一種稱為凱色粉的高  檔產品。它能夠取代立德粉、超細的煅燒高嶺土、滑石、重質碳酸鈣（或輕鈣），能夠替代局部鈦白粉用作橡膠、塑料、涂料中的填料。由于中工后的我水硫酸鈣與有機資料親合力強，能夠大量摻入，摻入量為重鈣或輕鈣摻入量的2倍以上，制品的強度、剛性、外表硬度、耐酸性、耐候性、熱穩(wěn)定性均有所進步，而每噸制品的本錢即降落了200多元。依據他們的成果，在山西晉城已建成加工廠停止批量消費。凱色粉已在江蘇、上海、海南等地推行應用。

Due to the strong affinity between calcium sulfate and organic materials, it can be doped in large quantities, and the amount of doping is more than twice that of heavy calcium or light calcium. The strength, rigidity, surface hardness, acid resistance, weather resistance and thermal stability of the products have improved, while the cost of each ton of products has dropped by more than 200 yuan. According to their achievements, processing plants have been built in Jincheng, Shanxi Province, to stop mass consumption. Kaise powder has been applied in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Hainan.

　　依據實驗材料，石膏委員會專 家組準備在湖北大冶靈鄉(xiāng)用優(yōu)質硬石膏加工微米級硫酸鈣，用于橡膠、塑料及涂料中，與愷色粉一樣將得到很好的應用。而優(yōu)制硬石膏無需煅燒，又能夠簡化一些加工廠工藝，儉省能源，降低本錢，進步產品的市場競爭才能，有望大量開展。

　　Based on the experimental materials, the expert group of gypsum professional committee is preparing to process micron calcium sulfate with high quality anhydrite in Lingxiang, Daye County, Hubei Province, for use in rubber, plastics and coatings, which will be as well applied as Kay powder. The high-quality anhydrite does not need calcination, but also can simplify some processing plant processes, save energy, reduce costs, improve product market competitiveness, is expected to develop in large quantities.

　　長期以來，國內不少單位開發(fā)了一些石膏復合墻體，如輕鋼龍骨紙面石膏板夾巖板復合墻體、纖維石膏板或石膏刨花板等與龍骨的復合墻體，加氣（或發(fā)泡）石膏保溫板或砌塊復合墻體，石膏與聚苯泡沫板、稻草板、蜂窩紙芯、麥秸芯板等復合的大板等。特別是纖維加強低鹼主水泥（GRC板）或硬石膏水泥壓力板與各種有機、無機芯材復合墻體，既能夠做內墻也能夠做外墻。有條件的地域和工廠，可與建筑設計、施工及建立單位親密配合，組織消費各種裝配工石膏復合墻板、屋面乃至包括門客的盒子間。這種工廠化消費建筑物各種組件，然后現(xiàn)場裝配，可進步建筑速度和質量，降低造價，減輕工人的勞動強度和環(huán)境污染，是新型建材的開展方向。
