1.墻體裂縫：裂縫隨地基的變動呈現(xiàn)不均勻的分布。

這是由于墻體沉降變形造成的。解決辦法：

1).如果是建筑一直沉降變形、不要忙于修補,等待不再變形時再進行修補。

3.保溫層裂縫：一般呈現(xiàn)不規(guī)則的裂縫是比較常見。是由于苯板的收縮變形、網格布、砂漿、不正確的施工等很多原因造成的。解決辦法應根據(jù)裂縫的大小及分布不同而定,如果比較嚴重,有必要加貼網格布或網布,如果不嚴重就用雙組份的柔性膩子粉滿批。
